Habitation Uno Casa Scobes

The furniture arrived yesterday and so with a couple of minor additions to come, Room 1 is done. This also completes Phase 1 of the new home project, which included lots of inside painting, gardening and roofing. I’m now quite expert in Velux window restoration.

Phase 2 is a bit more fluid at this stage, more a series of ideas. We’ve got some home energy dudes coming next week to help us firm-up the ideas into a scope. Then comes the dusty, banging, hammering stage.  Phase 1b (The Blue Room) is also ready to start, that's going to be an adventure.
