Zen view

Zen view is a view to a beautiful sight from one spot only for a moment when you pass that spot. It is not a view watched for a long time.

When I sit on my saddle chair in the kitchen I move back and forth (it has coasters) and I turn and also turn my head. I look towards the window often but I also look at the computer screen.

The Rowan tree and the bright red berries are my Zen view at this time of the year. I have to look over the computer, to the side of the window side and below the blind.
