Abstract Florida Mangroves
I find it wild what the camera will do with the reflections of the Mangroves in the river, so I put 3 different photos together. This is a shrub or tree that grows directly in salt or brackish water. Here on the Braden River the water is brackish; part fresh water and part salt. We have fresh water flowing from a lake & over a dam into the river, as well as salt water coming in with the tide from Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Sometimes it's more saline, other times it's more fresh depending on the amount of rain we get.
Anyway, I thought this made a great abstract photo. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday!
