We combined a little bike ride and a longish seaside walk, managing to get back before the warm mizzle came in.
The main is a Common Blue, though not that common, as far as I'm concerned. 
1st. extra: A Six Spot Burnett moth on sea holly. 
2nd extra: Possibly plovers with other avians, which my Ladybird book of flying things can't identify.
