Chilling

Phew! It's been another scorcher today. The kids at school are all trying to organise leaving parties for me and an old pupil who I taught three years ago appeared with a card and present to wish me luck. She broke up for her summer holidays at the end of May and doesn't go back to university until October. University education is a wonderful thing!

After work an old school friend (as in I have known her for far too long now as I remember when we were both in our school uniforms!!) popped in for a cup of tea and a catch up which was lovely. Then I went for supper with my singing gang to celebrate one of them moving to Devon. We went to a fantastic new restaurant in Warwick and had a good old natter. It was a lovely evening of food, friendship and fun.
