Mini triathlon

Kind of. I started with an early run, just 3km but I haven’t done a run for a v long time. I did a 10 km bike ride, it was on my new e-bike, up through the forest, on a few smaller trails, nothing v radical. It was v hot out of the forest. Then a lovely evening swim in Hallwilersee, probably about 400m.
