A busy day again

Morning chatting the whole time, mainly shared family memories. Afternoon at the Memory Cafe which was great fun, with word puzzles and a music quiz. The interesting thing is you don’t really have any idea who is a helper and who a ‘helped’.
After that we went to Round Wood quay where J kept his boat for about 40 years. Also the site of an Iron Age fort, and incredibly beautiful. Shown here. J said he felt sad, and then after we’d talked a bit about the great times he’d had he decided to feel lucky that he had those times instead. A little win.
