These arrived today. They’re personalised with our names and parkrun barcode numbers on the other side.

My goodness, the paranoia that goes into entering the information, even when you copy and paste it. Ridiculous!

I went for a run earlier; should’ve gone even earlier: it was cooler then, but boiling when I went out. My left calf is grumbling in sympathy with my right Achilles, so that’s all good.

I probably should’nt’ve done what I’ve just done, though. But the medal!
