Sunflowers

Some gorgeous sunflowers in an arrangement on sale in Sainsbury’s, where I went this morning for some groceries.

It being rather less hot and humid today, I have made a start opening the boxes! The first one contained the shelves for a small bookcase, books to go on the shelves, and a table lamp and some pictures in frames. A couple of books, the lamp and pictures have gone back in the box for want of anywhere else to put them. I don’t want most of them. This is just the first of numerous boxes containing items I no longer need or have space for. There will be many more trips to the tip and runs to the charity warehouse.

I fear this is going to be a long haul.
