Grass Bay Field Trip

Happy students tromping in the marsh with us on a blue bird spring day.

Some of the highlights, memories and sensations - the kick-kick-KI! of killdeers and cries of red winged blackbirds across the sand flats. Mare's tail clouds streaking white across the blue sky. Willows in white blossom abuzz with bees. The shadow of an eagle overhead. Observing tadpoles, red velvet mites, and a dozing snapping turtle in the marsh barefoot and happy.
