Aviemore….finally!

Set alarm early this morning to take H out but I didn’t have to. She woke me at 2am needing a back garden visit and then again at 6am needing fed. What a dog!

I took her for a morning walk before MrsT dropped me off at the railway station after dropping L off at school.

I had the 1st of 4 trains. Livi South to Edinburgh, then Edinburgh to Perth, then Perth to Inverness, then finally Inverness to Dingwall.

I walked the 2km to the garage to collect MrsT’s car. The bill was a little less than was quoted but still a hard pill to swallow.

I then drove down to Aviemore as i am staying at the youth hostel there. Once checked in, I saw a route nearby for an 8km walk (Aviemore Orbital) which was very nice.

Once finished , I walked up to the Winking Owl for a much needed pint.

Will grab food on the way back to the youth hostel.

The blip was on the orbital walk and has the Cairngorm mountain range in the backdrop.
