I've spent most of today in bed save a trip to see physican assistant at the doctors.

I started to feel really tired last night and was then violently sick, which I put down to a reaction to doxycycline.  The same happened this morning and so I phoned doctors.  

The visit was reassuring - they didn't think it was a reaction and my temp, blood pressure etc were normal but they decided to prescrive amoxicillen instead.

Back home & back to bed - now beginning to suspect it was a silent migraine (which I've experienced before). Now beginning to feel better.
