And the celebrity
And the payroll
And the stars in the eyes
But with more difficult workplace conditions
And without snotty food or attitude
Or the superiority over others
Just nice, hard working people


Or should I have titled it Real Chefs
The agony and the ecstasy best seen in large

I am back home from Wabash, Indiana. I left early, unable ta stand the excitement. A few people asked to see Wabash. There was nothing to see. There were no streets. There was a highway through the center of town. There were no street people because there were no streets.

For those of you that wanted to see Wabash, here is the most beautiful building there.
