Outside In

One way to escape the heat (and allow our solar batteries to fill up) is to go to a shopping centre or cinema - only trouble is ours is an hour away in Évora. Anyway, we went, to see "It Ends With Us", about domestic violence (which is a big problem in Portugal, couldn't help wondering how many women in the room were identifying).

Neither of us had taken any photos, so both of us took the scene we saw after we got back. Still hot, but will be OK to sleep after a cold shower.

Gratefuls:
- that Mike has never been violent with me (though am sure he's been tempted!)
- the cool of the night, and the comfort of darkness
