This magnificent porcelain was in the County Hall Building of the old North Riding County Council, Northallerton in North Yorkshire.

I was there for a meeting, and as Northallerton is also the home of Joe Cornish's Gallery, I thought I'd check out out afterwards before catching the train back to York...
