Friday 16th August...

Today Di drove from Ayr to Townsville and then Di, John and myself caught the passenger ferry over to Magnetic Island and spent a few hours checking out the beaches on the buses that you hop on and hop off at various stops... When we arrived back in Townsville Di took a drive up Castle Hill to check out the view to Magnetic Island... The road is pretty steep and I'm surprised how many people are actually walking and cycling up and down... Glorious view... Then Di drove back to Ayr for a much needed rest... Just 2 more sleeps remaining... boo...
