Dirty Fingernails

One of my most successful engineering hires was a young lady with dirty fingernails. She inadvertently told me that she was not afraid to get her hands dirty when it came to solving problems. So when I saw today's subject and his dirty fingernails, I was quite sure he was a quality chap. [You might want to go LARGE to really see the fingernails.]
