Ferocious Guard Cat

Yesterday was my first time at the Wiesbaden Weinwoche (Wine Festival) without G.  I was there to meet a colleague who is on sabbatical and I had promised her an evening at the Weinfest to catch up and maybe enjoy a few glasses of local wine.

Actually you couldn't get more local - she picked a stand run by a vintner who is based about 30 minutes from my house.  On the plus side - the Sekt was cold and delicious, K was looking very well after 3 and a half months away from work and the chat flowed.

I can be quite a shy chap but if you get me 1:1 and you don't want to talk about work, then the chat can go anywhere.  And so went our chat.

We gave up when the bands became too loud and there were too many people.  I always get antsy when it's too people-y.

I always make an effort for my friends.

Unlike Chaiyya here.  She loves sleeping in front of my bedroom and I love that she is there.
