Free…..!!

And rescued probably from ALDIs bin…!!
These were the last two mini roses on the display ….totally dried out and starting to drop leaves and wilt…
It really annoys me the way these huge supermarket chains buy in these lovely plants both indoor and outdoor (and generally at very reasonable prices) and then let them dry out and die back !!
Anyway,  there was a bit of a ‘faff’ at the checkout….the barcode wouldn’t scan and there was nothing at all around the other plant…so the nice young chap called a supervisor..he took the plant into the back offices and came out and said they’re Free…
I was chuffed ….had been prepared to pay for them anyway despite them being ‘on their last legs’…so now I’ll plant them up and see can I bring them back to their pretty selves…!!
Forgot to take the photo of them in their droopy bedraggled state..they’ve improved this much just with a good watering..!!
