Medicinal herb walk

As part of the Frome festival I went on a Medicinal Herb Walk by a superb herbalist Zoe Hawes - I was really impressed. Zoe was so knowledgable and it was great just to stroll along and find everyday plants available as a ready made medicine cabinet - I love all that stuff!!
