Wood Sandpiper

Today is my 33rd wedding anniversary. We agreed a while back that we would celebrate it on another day so my hubby could go to his monthly games day. He hasn't been for 3 months due to me always booking something or other, so I wanted him to go. I'm more than happy to amuse myself and have had a nice time this morning at Carr Lane Pools looking for sandpipers and managed to find 3 of them - Green Sandpiper(a first for this year), Common Sandpiper and this lovely Wood Sandpiper. It's the second one I've seen this year.
