Notes: Slept pretty well but Spatz woke me early puking up a small hairball and Miss T followed not long after. Tried to go back to bed and was almost back to sleep when Spatz jumped down from the headboard right by my head and scared the crap out of me. Got up then and decided to try for laps in the west pool - beautiful, mild morning and was just at the point before getting light when I walked down - didn't take long for the sky to light up. Back and showered off, coffee and relaxing morning. Did a meditation mid morning - was so tired tho I drifted off. Boiled some eggs and then just after 11a, headed back to the pool for a bit of sun by the water - very nice strong-ish breeze so didn't feel too hot (was lovely!). Started to read my new Robert Schwartz book, "Your Soul's Love". Stayed until ~1230p. Started the Sedona Method cd's from Jo ... Texted Susan @6p and she wrote back that she was in Tampa and almost back ... an entire day early w/o telling me! I had to fly into gear to try to pack up and clean as best I could. Have never had to leave a place and get things together that weren't packed at all - was pretty stressful. Got ahold of Ellen and she was out but ran back by and gave me the wagon and key and I moved over there. Got a shower, did 2 loads of laundry and then she was back and we watched Forged in Fire until 11p! Quite tired!
