Daisy Days

The spiraling pattern and seed heads of an Ox-eye Daisy in the garden today. The word spiraling can have  both positive and negative connotations. It is sometimes used to describe a cycle of negative thinking patterns which can escalate and become overwhelming. A downward spiral. It can also  be used to describe an upward spiral of positve emotions or creative ideas. We probably all experience both at some time but being open to the healing power of nature usually helps in my view in maintaining a positive outlook.
