Got to be Kidding
One of 12 exercises prescribed by my Osteopath. The other 11 are doable to some degree, which I sincerely wish to improve, however this would have been impossible 30yrs ago when I was very fit and athletic, never mind today. Methinks it will remain a box un-ticked - gives me cramp just thinking about it!
