Protest
I went through town to go to Dunelm; I'm stuck with going that way rather than the far shorter route because the lanes are still shut. There was a protest on the one-way system near the Archbishop's Palace. Traffic usually has to stop through there because it is controlled by traffic lights, and there is a Pelican crossing too. They were handing out newspapers and there were lots of yellow signs like this - others proclaimed that using electronic payment methods would lead to slavery, this sign relates to Covid. The group, Rebels on Roundabouts, are virulently anti-vaccination and anti-mask wearing. I've edited and rewritten this a few times now...
At Dunelm I bought a new duvet and some pillows, once the weather cools down I'm going to bin the ones I'm using - they are beyond washing.
