Chester FC 0 Brackley Town 1

Another defeat for Chester leaving us bottom of the table after two games. It can only get better but we said that last week. It only registered with me after the game that Chester haven't scored a home league goal since the end of February (which I missed) and haven't won at the Deva since February 10th. 

I had a different view of the pitch today as I was invited as a guest to the sponsor's lounge. As well as a pre-match meal the package includes a tour of the ground. This created an odd situation because I am the guide, so I ended up as a guest on my own tour.
