Our girl is forty today.

Katie reached that milestone and made me feel so old.
She had a champagne reception at here work yesterday and it was a great success.
Today she just wanted the family for fish & chips from the local chippy and more champagne !
It’s a kinda tradition that her late granny had.
Hubby made the cake plus a raspberry and pistachio tart both which were delicious. The kids helped as well, with Miles up to his elbows in buttercream. Sorry did not have a picture of that !!
Lovely family time and kids exhausted (and us) so back home now.
