Taking in the view

Back blip.
Yesterday's sunset (backblipped) fulfilled its promise of a lovely day and we made the most of it.
A circuit of 4 Wainwrights in the Northern Fells (almost a reverse of what I ran a couple of years back) made for a satisfying walk with sunshine for a lot of it. Early views were across to Scotland, from High Pike there was the back of Blencathra and from Knott the back of Skiddaw, as being admired (I presume) by the man in the pic.
It was a bit boggy in places, and those were the ones where there were the most people, but I didn't get wet feet until we had to ford a beck near the end.
In the evening we thought of eating in the pub but they were fully booked so we cooked for ourselves and then went to the pub for a drink with my 2 brothers and a sister-in-law.
