Vulture spotting

It’s really difficult to show how high this was but, after quite a trek up through the forest and in the heat, we made it out of the tree line and to the most incredible views of the gorge below. You can see why they call it the Grand Canyon of Europe. We had hoped to see the vultures others had mentioned and we were not disappointed. Andrew doesn’t like heights so managed a quick peek over then took himself back a bit. We admired the views for a while before heading back down the steep tracks. We all deserved ice-creams after that!
