Tripping the Light Fantastic

Almost the whole extended clan together today.
My boy and Yuri had planned a trip up before we knew his cousin and baby were visiting from Brighton. It's been 4 years since they saw each other.

I decorated the garden, got out the cushions and blankets. Washed down the garden toys from the shed, and within 30 minutes of them arriving, it rained!

Inside for more fun. Watching the two babies interact was fascinating. Watching the can't quite stand on my own, Cal, attempt to use, look at me I'm walking, Miles, to climb up, was hilarious.

A quick turnaround, after a trophy presentation for our family Super6 (only 2 names on despite this being season 5), and we were off to a human circus show. Incredible strength. Much of the performance was stuff my girl used to do, I think she may be reaching for her leotard this morning!

Onto KaPow, the food never disappoints, and Cafe Royal to end the evening. The moon, blood orange, was often on full show. So beautiful.
