Hailes Quarry Park

Out along the Union Canal to Hailes Quarry Park - a quick 'Green Gym' visit! - then round the park; and finally back along the canal to Shandon ... 8K in total. The extra gives some further information on the Quarry - there is apparently quite a lot of "Hailes Sandstone" contained within the 'New Town' :-)

And have realised I've actually been running to this outdoor-Gym for over a decade now ... that long-standing 'bet' with my Dad has a lot [of good! ] to answer for :-))
