Boom Bang-a-Bang

This was on my front step when I arrived home today.
I live in a completely residential area and am at the end of a dead end street so I cannot imagine what kind of verydangerousequipment was infront of my house through the day and is now without its warning whatnot.

I am very pleased that the operator of the verydangerousequipment is bilingual and I'm hoping that this may mean he or she is an operator of good memory who will not forget to open the valve and cause a Boom Bang-a-Bang.
