Yoga on the beach, Fridays and Saturdays, come wind, rain, sun, hail  (yup) followed by a dip in the moray firth, north sea and if you're lucky, a pod of dolphins might just pass by.
Just the way to do it. 
Henry is a bit of a celebrity at yoga. He's a regular and enjoys demonstrating a flawless downward facing dog.
