In the mid 19th century Scotland introduced a sugar tax so Keillers opened a factory in Guernsey where there was no sugar tax.

And today’s big disappointment was going to the Chiang Mai restaurant for a take away vegetable Pad Thai and finding that they weren’t open. I may have to go to Confucius for a early evening Chinese take away…
