What a great weekend we’ve had. Now Greg and Gabby are on their way back south, with a boot half full of garden centre purchases.

It is not actually a garden centre, but a nursery. The plants we’ve had from them have all been very good quality, so although they could have bought them closer to home, they wanted my advice on suitable ones for their start of the gardening journey.

To be truthful, Greg was not so interested in the plants, but he did take a fancy to the terracotta skull, which he has named Vlad, after the resident nursery dog who was very friendly!!

Now to spend time catching up on journals that I’ve neglected over the weekend. Plus I am hosting MM for the next two weeks. ‘Laughter’ being the theme tomorrow.
