Im, Mum, and the Ferris Wheel

Im, Mum, and I went to see Fat Freddy's Drop at Dreamland, Margate! Im and I last saw them at Alexandra Palace (2022, apparently), and have seen them at Brixton Academy (2018) previously, but this time was a bit different because they were part of a Reggae/Dub festival, with The Herbaliser Band, Nubiyan Twist, David Rodigan, and Gentleman's Dub Club all playing sets before Fat Freddy's Drop headlined. I wasn't wowed by any of the warm-up other acts, but very much enjoyed the experience.
The festival format meant slightly less FFD, but made for a super afternoon/evening, and Dreamland Margate makes an excellent venue with decent sound and plenty of space.
We had a fab time.
