Picking sunflowers

My sister’s daughter did a discovery triathlon. We presented her with a bunch of sunflowers as she crossed the finishing line after swimming in a lake, cycling hills and running around the lake twice! She did well and appreciated the support we gave her cheering her on the course sidelines.
It’s been great to catch up with sister, brother in law, their younger daughter and her boyfriend. Great to hear about their lives, and their travels.
