A Catsack
Do you what a rucksack is called in German? It's "ein Rucksack". One of those words that have been adopted into English.
Obviously this would be the ideal place to start one of my many excursions into linguistic similarities and differences but I'll spare you that. Mainly because my back is really sore and sitting is not a lot of fun.
Anyway - small cat who loves to sleep somewhere near me.
