No.3 of 3

Drove home from work this morning,  enjoyed some poached* eggs on toast and a jolly good snooze. A late message from Ms Arell saying she'd say "Hai!" in the morning if awake didn't ping on my phone so am taking that to mean that she enjoyed a lovely long lie in after a nice slumber? I hope so *^_^*

Waking in the early afternoon to a quiet house there was coffee followed by some more painting in the kitchen. Half the walls are grey and after refreshing the white, these were getting on my nerves where an ex'kettle deposited 5 minutes worth of steam on them before we realised it was faulty! The edges now cut in, the larger areas can be rollered tomorrow afternoon.

After that was stir fry with salmon (Nom Nom) before climbing aboard Biscuit to begin my 3rd & final nightshift of the week. Blip is the oncoming sunset. Annoyingly, the Seagull perched on the lamp has sat down...it was initially standing and would have made a much better image grrrrr/squaaark/etc etc. 

( " technically not poached as they were microwaved but just as healthy and they taste the same! )
