Allium ‘ Millennium’

Quite chilly this morning until about 10am, I needed a sweater when taking Libby for a walk.
 Our friends from the US still staying so we had a nice traditional English  roast lunch for them and my daughter and family came over too. Both of our children have been fortunate to stay at their various houses/flats in New York and Charleston over the years so know them well.

Later I took them for a drive round the local area to include Hampton Court and the local Royal Parks plus over to my daughter’s house which they had not seen since their loft extension was completed.
This allium has been flowering for ages in my daughter’s garden, not one I’m familiar with.  My plant app identified it as Aging chive / allium senescens? But she knew it was allium Millenium.
