Notes: Woke 330a and then at 6a. Got up but still completely dark. Headed out on bike ~635a, light of day but well before sunrise. Took this shot at about 6.5 mi out where I turned around on the trail - did 15 mi total. Took a shower and garbage out, picked up a bit for possible afternoon showing of the place, made coffee, watched shows (tired set in). Did a meditation late morning and mostly stayed with it. Realized my Netflix I canceled hadn't shut off yet so re-watched the last episode of Good Girls and then some more Orange is the New Black. Girl to see the place had to cancel, mostly just enjoyed a quiet relaxing afternoon after eating eggs, bacon, steak, microgreen salad w/ avo and then a piece of sprouted toast. Listened to more of the Sedona Method tracks and a bit of Drunvalo in the evening while chatting some w/ Jo on Signal and then streamed Orange is the New Black until 1130p.
