Who needs sleep?

One of the products of getting older seems to affect your sleep patterns.For a few years now I seem to have developed the habbit of waking around 3 or 4 in the morning.
This morning was no different but the beautiful sunrise was a nice bonus, although I hope no one reported a semi naked man hanging out of a window with a camera, to the police.
