Bassenthwaite Lake Station

We have come north for a few days and first stop was Bassenthwaite Lake Station for lunch. It was very busy and the food was both plentiful and tasty. A good start.

By the time we had finished lunch it was raining steadily. We drove to Kettlewell car park on Derwenr Water and walked the short distance to the Lodore Falls.
