Liatris

A bit of a catching up day. Started with quite a hard pilates class, which I am sure must have been good for me....
I enjoyed cooking a wholesome soup and Thai Green Curry, which we can eat later.
Later on I went to the allotment where I picked beans, and flowers and cleaned out the pond as it had too much weed in it. Anything taken out of the pond was left to one side for small creatures to crawl out of.
I did a small shop with mum, and gave her a bunch of home grown Godetia which look lovely in her flat.
Today's allotment flower photo is Liatris spicata, which is a North American prairie plant,  which has many medicinal uses.
