And still they come.

I shouldn't be picking Sweet Peas at the end of August, but this Spring and Summer have produced such peculiar weather that the plants never got going early in the year and then struggled until a few weeks ago when they suddenly became rampant. With heavy rain forecast, it seemed sensible to have a vase full in the house.
I make no apology for the extra which is the Sturgeon Full Moon viewed from the garden by chance last night and was  highly impressive, although this shot didn't do it justice because of light pollution. A few moments later it disappeared behind the clouds, and it will not be visible tonight for the same reason.
