Having a Laugh? (MM552)

Our 'not so smart' meter, which works well enough for the supplier billing us, but when it comes to paying us for the exported energy I have to send them a photograph of the meter.  It's the same company - but they've not yet reached the stage of reading the export figure remotely ... or are they just having a laugh?

I shouldn't complain - this year they can pay the cash directly to our bank account - so long as I send them the details - of the account they take the DD for our bill from .... couldn't make it up!
