Piano Man

What a frustrating morning! Trying to do business over the phone these days is not good for the nervous system. After going through about a dozen options, you seem to end up back where you started. I then was on hold for about 45 minutes. I had to do this to two different companies. Anyway, all sorted by lunchtime, an hour to calm down, then a big supermarket shop this afternoon. Not much chance of a blip, so piano man it is. Actually, it should be keyboard man, but piano man sounds better.
