Around the Rock!

The rock in question is Sa Palomera, the marker of the start of the Costa Brava, shown, realistically, top left and, figuratively, bottom right in this collage. The latter shot being a ubiquitous through-the-bottom-of-the-wine glass one!

As so often, spontaneous days are the best. After our just post-sunrise walk and breakfast, we decided to explore the Monday Market along the front; every garment you can name! Also, shoes and beds!

Then a lunch break in a hidden gem of a place we found last year with a little, upper, ivy-clad terrace with a view of said rock, before watching the kids at sea-play on their floating slides (a far cry from the rowing boats of our youth!) and, then, a sit down in front of some fishing boats with the rock beyond.
