Robin Hood’s Bay

Many thanks for all your good wishes on yesterday’s blip.

A trip to Robin Hood’s Bay today - one of my favourite sea side places - and one of Reggie’s all time favourite places.

Weather warm but overcast , but it easy to spot those on holiday from down south as they had coats on and we didn’t!

Florence is very different to dear old Reg. Half way along the beach she sat down and needed a lot of persuasion to move. Walking back up the hill she was dragging behind me, Reggie always helped pull me up!

The hill hasn’t done Mr He’s knees any good so we are chilling in the caravan this evening , awaiting the firework display marking the end of the regatta - expecting it not to happen given the current wind and rain!
