A colour photo

Up early and out running by 7.45am by the river with a "virtual" (now real) running friend who is in Dundee for a couple of days. It was dry with no wind but very grey.
Home for breakfast and then some tidying up and putting the camping stuff away, though the tent got done later as we laid it out in the hall for a couple of hours to make sure it was properly dry.
The afternoon was knitting, admin and phonecalls and then another run in the evening with our group. It was raining by this time, though the heaviest rain wasn't until we'd finished, but we weren't daunted and had a good run in the woods.
